We want you to enjoy AgoraChess. If you're not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to your first payment on a new subscription.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net.
  2. Enter the email address you used to subscribe.
  3. Find the AgoraChess transaction and select "Request a refund".

You can also reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact AgoraLogix LLC support inside the app and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges (after the initial term) are generally non-refundable; however, if a renewal was processed in error or you didn't use the Service, contact Paddle and we will review your request in good faith.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
